Desde un inicio de las intervenciones en las áreas de trabajo, se detectó la necesidad de contar con propietarios de equinos que pudieran apoyar en las actividades que la Fundación realizaba en las comunidades de Sacatepéquez, entre las cuales estaba ser un contacto local y con el tiempo ser un manejador o sujetador de caballos para realizar las evaluaciones de bienestar.
